About Dr. G

Dr. G began his military journey by joining the United States Marine Corps in the summer of  1984, swiftly advancing through boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island that summer. He then honed his skills in the Administrative Clerk Course. His commitment to service continued when he joined the Army National Guard as a Personnel Services Noncommissioned Officer, later elevating his military career by entering the Reserve Officer Training Corps Simultaneous Membership Program three years later.

By June 1994, Dr. G had earned his commission as an Army Second Lieutenant in the Adjutant General Corps, specializing as a Human Resources Officer. In 2011, after dedicating 27 years of loyal and commendable service, he concluded his military career. Dr. G's academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and Computer Resources Information Management, and a Doctorate in Organization and Management, focusing on Leadership.

Currently, Dr. G has embarked on his second career, imparting knowledge as a professor in higher education at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He teaches a variety of courses in Leadership, management, and business. Furthermore, Dr. G extends his leadership education and training expertise to the broader community, enriching future leaders with his profound experience and insights.
